“Words don’t come off”: anti-cyberbullying campaign
Tattoo designs based on offensive words used across social media platforms. The project was created in a hackathon led by Israeli National Security, for finding creative solutions to their fight against cyberbullying among teens. Our team of students from the Visual Communication department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design won 1st place.
The tattoos were later produced and promoted through emerging, talented social media influencers while sharing their experiences and stories of bullying with their followers - encouraging sharing, compassion, and reaching for help if needed.
The designs were later applied to a clothing line in the TNT clothing company, donating the income to an NGO supporting teens in distress and providing a volunteer-based hotline.
This project was created with Sharon Cohen, Inbal Gery, Barak Rubinowitz and Shaked Mizrahi.
